Eric denies involvement with Stellar's concept

Article: Eric, hands off as Stellar's producer... parts ways with agency

Source: Mydaily via nate

1. [+71, -1] He was never really their producer, just a labelmate in their company... He produced for them maybe once at most? And they just used his name for the media play. He has nothing to take his hands off of when he was never involved in the first place.

2. [+20, -1] So it's the people after him who made them into AV models?

3. [+20, -1] Finally this article comes out after his name keeps getting mentioned in all of the Stellar hate. I'm glad he's not involved with this ㅋ

4. [+9, -2] Maybe he didn't involve himself knowing this would happen...

5. [+3, -0] Yeah, I doubt Eric would've ever approved of any of this.

"Oppa! I'll do whatever you want: 1. shy expression 2. crying expression 3. sexy lips"

Article: Stellar's 'puppet play' promotion controversy... commercialization of sex?

Source: Mydaily via nate

1. [+754, -66] It's reached the point where public power needs to step in and disband this group... or make the comapny go bankrupt. Sigh.

2. [+695, -35] I think this is the worst I've ever seen. They really need to set standards.

3. [+598, -37] Are they nuts? The concept is crazy, this is just outright trash... I feel bad for them but I sincerely hope the group fails so that no other group copies them ㅋㅋㅋ

4. [+46, -1] Fu*k, look at their clothes... is their company full of nothing but horny men? Wow...

5. [+43, -1] I guess they're desperate for any sort of attention, whether it be hate or praise... I mean look at how far Clara  has come ㅋㅋㅋ

  2. I'm sad these girls are getting hated on so hard when it's not even their fault. What's a nugu to do these days?

  3. '1. [+754, -66] It's reached the point where public power needs to step in and disband this group... or make the company go bankrupt. Sigh.'
i hope this doesn't happen! although the concept is rather... well, it's trashy, but i hope the group doesn't disband, because things like this are really out of their hands, especially for a group as nugu as stellar.

  4. "Is their company full of nothing but horny men?"
    Lol ^^

    ReplyDelete
  5. their facebook promos are really messed up...

"Oppa, I'll do whatever you want" ---- WHAT THE ACTUAL...

    ReplyDelete
  6. The choreography is so horrible and tacky. I'm embarrassed for the girls.

    ReplyDelete
  7. I usually love sexy concepts but even I was literally taken aback by their dancing and clothing.

    ReplyDelete
  8. oop. the damage control begins....

    ReplyDelete
  9. I hope they don't become a punching bag of netizens because of this! Poor girls.. the company is stupid for pushing it this much, they should have known their limits!

    ReplyDelete
  10. "Opps!! I'll do whatever you want"

idk why but that creeps the hell out of me

    ReplyDelete
  11. SMH! He should've been proud to be the one producing and concepting Stellar's comeback, which has been so stellar judging by the response.

I really hate how they're objectifying the girls.

i kinda dig the song but MV is a big no no

    ReplyDelete
  15. I actually think that netizens are justified in their outrage for this one...

    ReplyDelete
  16. They making Kpop VN style?

    ReplyDelete
  17. the mv is going too far

    ReplyDelete
  18. another desperate attempt to get the public attention...
    that ass's scratching...butt shoving......nightmare
    feel sad for the girls...

    ReplyDelete
  19. most of the time i laugh and netizens and their bashing . but in this case im with them. Wtf is this. This is not music anymore. I mean Oppa i will do whatever u want..

    ReplyDelete
  20. TT I love the song! OMG what a bad concept!

    ReplyDelete
  21. Man I feel bad for these girls... the company went to far the struggle is real with them

    ReplyDelete
  22. Regardless of the fact that they aren't the ones who made decisions, the artists would always get the worst since they are the ones who face the public---which sucks, tbh. I just wish that some standards would be set in terms of the concepts groups/solo artists would represent, because even if one song/MV is rated 19+, there is no denying that majority of K-pop fans and avid followers are still teenagers, some are even kids.

    ReplyDelete
  23. The struggle is real and I feel really bad for them. I actually like the song but the MV, revealing outfit and that butt-scratching choreo is just too much.

    ReplyDelete
  24. Well Eric, shame on you for NOT being involved then. You could've saved the girls from this mess by taking care of them :/

    ReplyDelete
  25. They haven't been successful at all so far so the company is obviously thinking "well, we haven't got anything to lose, and it's worked for all those other groups, so let's do something that will make people talk..." - in an age where chatter is the main currency, it's a smarter move than it looks.

    ReplyDelete
  26. isn't their company like andy's company or something? lol i'm not sure

    ReplyDelete
  27. Thank you, NB! I was getting so tired of people blaming Eric for this concept. Did you really think he would be involved in something like this?

The only songs he even produced for them were quirky and fun like "Rocket Girl" and "UFO". Most people hated those songs but I thought they were catchy!

    ReplyDelete
  28. Well i think the company achieved what they were going for... everyone is talking about them. They had to know that the public was going to hate this so they did it knowingly just to get ANY attention. They'll end up having to change the choreography/outfits for live stages anyway.

    ReplyDelete
  29. wow this should be banned. seriously.........

    ReplyDelete
  30. Wow...this really looks like a Vegas show girl act. O.O

    ReplyDelete
  31. more hates they get = more popular
    mission cleared !!!

    ReplyDelete
  32. i think they went too far with the facebook promotions than the video. i mean, in the video they look stupid as hell doing those dance moves but it was degrading.

    ReplyDelete
  33. He left months ago. He most likely didn't even know what their concept was going to be or that they were even having a comeback.

    ReplyDelete
  34. it definitely worked for girl's day

    ReplyDelete
  35. Poor girls. I wonder how they feel about all this.

    ReplyDelete
  36. Please SNSD and 2NE1 just comeback soon.

    ReplyDelete
  37. It has started...feeling sorry towards girl groups that have to resort to these methods, same for those actresses who 'slip' on the red carpets for no reason at all...have they not realized only a few or none at all have been successful?

    ReplyDelete
  38. their "stroketh the ass crack" move is disturbing.....

    ReplyDelete
  39. Btw some of ya'll needs to learn the definition of "popular".....

    ReplyDelete
  40. Whenever I read their name I think of Marlon Brando

    ReplyDelete
  41. not really. Thing is ppl dont even care to hate them

    ReplyDelete
  42. "Oppa!, I'll do whatever you want."

    sounds like ero fanfic...

    ReplyDelete
  43. You've gotta admit, showing some skin is whatever, but this concept really does seem trashy

    ReplyDelete
  44. One thing for sure. The company has succeeded in making people interested in this MV, whether we like it or not.

    ReplyDelete
  45. omg the screenshots alone are cringe-worthy. epic fail

    ReplyDelete
  46. No. Andy's company is TOP Media, which produces Teen Top and 100%.

    ReplyDelete
  47. I was going to say netizen is being bitchy again but this is too much. "Oppa! I'll do whatever you want just disgusted me, what the their company is doing to this girls.

    ReplyDelete
  48. i just feel sorry for them . thed ance was just so embarrassing to watch . how their parent will react to this when their young girl act like a cheap women on screen . and i am really curious hiw they will react to this video when they are married and having a family .

    ReplyDelete
  49. "I feel bad for them but I sincerely hope the group fails so that no other group copies them"
um too late. they are actually following the trend. everyone saw girl's day went from nothing to something (pun unintended) with their ass shaking and sexy concept, so all these nugus want a piece of it too. i really disliked the concepts from the get go, whenever it's blatantly shaped to please the male gaze, you are doing it wrong. at the same time, this is more attention then they've ever gotten in their 2-3(?) year idol career.

    ReplyDelete
  50. There's a limit on the "genius" move. Rainbow Blaxx did something similar and as despearate to go with the sexy trend by having that voyeurism teaser and the flopped. Didn't do well at all. There's artistic sexy and sassy sexy or strong sexy but this is downright promoting them as sex objects. Not even singers, idols, girls. Simply a thing to satisfy ur sexual needs. Its. Disgusting.

    ReplyDelete
  51. Poor them...you shouldn't have concept luke this
I know you've contract with your company..
Looks like i watch a porn video *sorry*

    ReplyDelete
  52. The company should get bashed instead of saying this girl group should get disband. And Thats really Cheap way to promote "oppa i'll do whatever you want" , REALLY its like they are selling their body instead of Their song... and why not any of them object when this concept came .. I mean as a girl knew what type of word is used in that sentance and what it makes ppl thing... if the company Apoligies and say that they didnt knew this would have happen then i think they should closed down their door.

    ReplyDelete
  53. Agree with you and how about they daughter/son see this video (in future)

    ReplyDelete
  54. And the three selections to choose from.... that's like saying "I can be shy or sad or sexy for you anytime for you oppa! Just tell me and I will do it. :)"
    Me: ............

  55. I meant more of like how he used to be really close and involved with them in the beginning of their origins as a group. It appears that he gradually separated from them over time... leading to this.

  57. i can't even finished watching the MV... actually i don't really feel sad for the girls because they have right to say no but i feel sad for their parents.they must be shocked to see their daughters doing those moves and wearing such outfits...

    ReplyDelete
  58. When I saw this, I just want to see 2NE1 and SNSD comeback so that these girls will be flop hard! This is just too much for an idol. Or is it AV idols?

    ReplyDelete
  59. I feel bad for the group members, imagine how uncomfortable they must feel being forced to do this...

    ReplyDelete
  60. Stellar company : YES!!!! at least we got people attention
    me:

    ReplyDelete
  61. One of the girls has a sweater with a huge cutout just for her chest. The rest of it goes down to her waist + up to her neck + even has sleeves, I think, but then there's the cutout for literally just her boobs to stick out. It's the most blatant outfit I've ever seen...

    ReplyDelete
  62. It sucks because the song is actually pretty good and their whole mini is really nice (I recommend checking out Guilty!)...

    ReplyDelete
  63. Agreeing with all the comments. I'm sincerely praying they don't get anywhere or win anything with this just because other small groups will start copying this and take it even further if this works for stellar.

Like, wtf is this? it's disgusting. I don't care for sexy but this is crossing the line. Seriously, this group's image is going down. I wonder what the girls and their family think about this. it's actually sad really.

    ReplyDelete
  64. Totally worked for AOA, they were flop and then went sexy and voila! #1

    ReplyDelete
  65. Poor girls...this is just too much. Their agency is objectifying them as sexual objects for guys to control...WTF? This is not even a sexy concept! I feel so bad for them.

and of course the boys on YT are enjoying this...smh

    ReplyDelete
  66. It would be one thing if the outfits were closer to leotards that ballet dancers wear, but with those tights and the higher cut of the leotards it makes it look a little too mature for an idol group imo. What the back-up dancer are wearing is even more appropriate than what they are wearing.

there was no butt to fill it in

    ReplyDelete
  70. let's say i'm glad SNSD is going to slay them away.....

    ReplyDelete
  71. We'll never know for sure but I feel like when the songs Eric produced for them (Rocket Girl & UFO) didn't do well, the company kind of pushed him aside. They started hiring other producers for their follow up songs and Eric was consulted less. But that's just my observation...

    ReplyDelete
  72. It's really sad when you think about it. They're such a talented group. I liked Elvis and Moya was my jam.

    ReplyDelete
  73. Korean media, welcome to the 21st century. Newsflash: sex sells.

It's a shame that it had to come to this, but it's probably only going to get worse from here. If they think they have it bad, they really should take a look at what American pop singers are up to these days.

    ReplyDelete
  74. the dance is SUPER AWKWARD......

    ReplyDelete
  75. I feel like kpop girl groups are just pushing the boundaries as far as they can now. It's like companies are thinking how far can we go without going totally outright naked. I think stellar is probably pushed the boundaries the farthest everything but their song is atrocious it's pretty sad since at the end if the song good there shouldn't be a need for all these gimmicks.

    ReplyDelete
  76. I agree but most American pop artist do it because they want too but at the same time get attention for it

    ReplyDelete
  77. this fits more...

    ReplyDelete
  78. That's such a tremendously outrageous logical fallacy that I don't even know how to reply to this... lol... You can't shame him for what his company chooses to do with that girl group... He's not responsible for them. So why should he be shamed for something that has hardly anything to do with him? If you're going to shame anyone, shame their company for coming up with such a... nasty... concept.

    ReplyDelete
  79. This is just wrong. No matter how I look at it.. wrong!!

    ReplyDelete
  80. If everyone who claimed that they felt sad about it put their money where their mouth was, the industry would look very different. The industry is the way it is because despite what people say, secretly, they like sexy concepts. If they didn't sell, nobody would make them.

    ReplyDelete
  81. Stellar is going to be huge. The new queens of kpop.

    ReplyDelete
  82. I would love to see him reacting over these girls live on stage. LMAO

    ReplyDelete
  83. Can't you hear me yell-a, you're puttin' me through hell-a, stella, STELLA!

    ReplyDelete
  84. There's no reason to believe that these girls were forced to do this. For all we know, they could be thinking, "hey, everyone else is doing it, and they're getting lots of attention. Why shouldn't we try it too?" After all, the shelf life for an entertainer is usually pretty short. And I doubt these girls would want years of training to go to waste.

    ReplyDelete
  85. I hope the actual music video looks different

    ReplyDelete
  86. This sexual objectification of women needs to stop.

    ReplyDelete
  87. that is true but for this group in particular they need a better marketing

    ReplyDelete
  88. I know SNSD will win but if anyone can beat them it's 2NE1. But I don't care who sells or sounds better having that competition again like those 2009 days were so exciting. I'm just glad YG is planning to release the album before the tour. Thank god seriously.

    ReplyDelete
  89. Really? When are Winner coming back now? Dang

    ReplyDelete
  96. I don't care was great but I am the best is still their best track. That's the level that they need to get back on.

    ReplyDelete
  97. lol the dickhead jacques,always bashing 2NE1.

    ReplyDelete
  98. "these girls are getting hated on so hard" what? most of the comments are mad at their company not them.

    ReplyDelete
  99. Trashy puttanescas, anything for a hit, anything for a hit!
Desperate and tacky, tasteless and slutty...

And the promotion 'campaign'... I'm really disturbed

    ReplyDelete
  100. Cute concepts also are to please the male gaze.

    ReplyDelete
  101. I think that gif is from Firefly, actually hehe /NathanFillionStan

    ReplyDelete
  102. of course it did but this is so blatant it's gross :\ objectification is never okay but this group's agency has really crossed the line

    ReplyDelete
  103. How does 9 skinny beautiful girls, dancing in synchronization, Represent our generation at all?! Represent our girls today? Does that mean that we're all dependent to men singing "oppa~ love me~" shit? and to the people to agree to that, sorry, you're fucking stupid.

Don't even start with me with the lines of "It's their spirit that embodies our generation...their happiness" BULLSHIT

A girl group that would represent us would be a group of tumblr girls eating pizza and sleeping all day.

    ReplyDelete

  105. Have you watched the 2009 and 2010 gayo daejun's? During 2009 it says Idols and Legend meanwhile in 2010 it says Legend and Legend. The girls performed with Kim Gunmo who is a legendary in Korea. And yes, they are the legends along with SNSD in Korea? Are you having a problem with that facts?

    ReplyDelete
  106. what a hot mess of a comeback.

    ReplyDelete
  107. if the members themselves signed up for this, then who are we to judge?

I'm cool as long as the girls aren't forced to dance and dress like this.

    ReplyDelete
  108. that's why darlin~~~~ that's why XD

  111. Im laughing at you, because 2NE1 won against snsd during that time.

    ReplyDelete
  112. Okay gotcha.
I think Andy actually is the CEO they have said it in Various articles but now i'm not sure either.
Why is ur name bye shinwha?

    ReplyDelete
  113. It's already out, and it doesn't look any different. There was even a shot of just tits with milk on them LOL. It came out as cheap. Really cheap.

    ReplyDelete
  114. The close-up of milk running down that girl's breasts was..... um......

    ReplyDelete
  115. Yup. You are right, like the whole replacing the Piggy Dolls thing. People wank on how they're amazing and talented yet never buy their CDs. :(

    ReplyDelete
  116. OMG I'm peeing

    ReplyDelete
  117. I have so much rant about the Present albums and I have to get this out. I honestly couldn't believe it when FNC released the news about the second Present album but okay I made myself accept it. With the Japanese best, at least the lyrics of the songs are rewritten in Korean. However I heard that the Present album in Japan is just a compilation of their Korean tracks instead of the remakes of their Korean songs?! Now this is really shameless tbh.

Also, they need to realize that some songs are just not meant for another language. For example, Blind Love in Japanese is pure gold. But for some reasons it sounds really bad to me when they made a Korean version of it. I almost cried at how the perfection is ruined.

While Kpop groups tend to recycle their Korean songs in Japan, FNC does the opposite for CNBLUE. With the release of the Japanese best album, I guess we can be relieved that they won't be recycling old songs in their next full album in Korea. At least it's not a false advertising since FNC made it clear that it consists of remakes of their Japanese songs. I definitely don't want a full album with 12 tracks but only 3 of them are brand new songs *cough First Step cough*

And really? FNC is releasing the new group in March/April?! Okay now it totally makes sense why they have to rush for a February comeback for CNBLUE. If they're aiming at a good quality comeback then they should've given them more time to rest and then prepare for a legit full album. Obviously they're really desperate at this point (╯`Д´)╯︵ ┻━┻)

    ReplyDelete
  118. I feel it could be because in S. Korea women don't have many standards. All you have to do is fit the beauty standards, and that's it. Men on the other hand have to have gone to one of the S.K.Y colleges, be tall, work at one of the top companies, and be good looking. Apparently Art school is considered unattractive as well.

    ReplyDelete
  119. yea they forgot how excited Hyoyeon was when 2NE1 was performing on 2011 MAMA and there are plenty of Taeyeon jamming to 2NE1 songs fancam.I think both fandoms should check this article out
Seohyun said, "We watch 2NE1's performances and learn a lot. We even dance with them in the waiting room . . . We thank you for always showing us a good performance. Even in the future, we hope you will be with us for a long, long time."
Your rival is always the person you cherish the most because they motivate you to be better and better.

    http://www.allkpop.com/article/2013/10/girls-generation-leaves-a-complimentary-message-for-2ne1#ixzz2t5lGmnWk

    ReplyDelete
  120. Well it does depend on the taste as well. For previous songs, AOA and other girls groups didn't work any less yet only appeal to the masses and make a name for themselves after going for the sexy concept. Personally as a fan, I'd like it if the group were recognised overall, not just for 'being sexy'.

    ReplyDelete
  121. long story, but my name is just for trolling purpose =p

Andy is not the CEO. the actual CEO of TOP Media is the one with @teentop account on Twitter.

Idky Andy never bothers to explain or come clear he is, in fact, not the CEO...and what position he truly is in Top Media.. I just refer to him as 'the boss' U_U =]]

    ReplyDelete
  122. 1st i was like wow, this gonna be funnnn. then i remembered 2ne1 is from yg OTL
yg pleasee, i want this competition.

    ReplyDelete
  123. In the club and Stay Together are the best from them.

    ReplyDelete
  124. Never understood why they kept the name. I loved the original members and their releases. I hate the company for abandoning them.

    ReplyDelete
  125. the new group has a reality show scheduled to air on tvn in march so yep, they have to debut around that time.

I am eagerly awaiting the complaints about fnc prioritizing the new group lol

    ReplyDelete
  126. FNC generally sucks at PR, trust me.. And now what I'm worried about is whether CNBLUE's comeback this time would be another success. Their comebacks have been very good so far, but now I'm really worried. Because they really made a breakthrough last year with their live performances in Korea and all the dramas etc, and I could really feel that their popularity is really somewhere high up already. But this comeback really seems a bit of a rush.. They only announced this like, beginning of Feb? Or was it late Jan? There aren't even teasers or anything... I would rather have CNBLUE to release a full album at around May or something, and then make a good comeback. This is really a rush tbh.. I'm really worried. CNBLUE could make it so far is seriously because of the image that they built themselves and their own hard work instead of FNC's PR.. But a rushed comeback could be quite dangerous... And till now we still don't know their concept for this time.

    ReplyDelete
  127. Lmfao that they thought Eric was behind this.

Have they heard of his previous work? He wouldn't go this tacky way just for publicity.

    ReplyDelete
  128. Please, fierce song!!! I don't know why I don't like any 2ne1 song since I Love You, it's like that concept fits them the best, ILY, LOVE, FIL and the last ballad... Everyone loved but I didn't at all

    ReplyDelete
  129. And by "this month" you mean..?

    ReplyDelete
  130. what is their facebook page ?

    ReplyDelete
  131. wow, i didn't know CNB's saranghae oppas fans can this obnoxious and pretentious. ewww...

    ReplyDelete
  132. ok i just saw that MV and damn thats really too much i mean the song is catchy but the MV uhh.. they're going too far i feel sorry for girls and their families.. it must be awkward for them

    ReplyDelete
  133. My friend who is not even a kpop fan loves one of FTI's song. They totally deserve to be promoted more. I like CNB but I love FTI more.

    ReplyDelete
  134. Honestly this is no contest, soshi is going to slay. Hate all you want but I would bet you'd sing along to their music

    ReplyDelete
  135. There's nothing wrong with sexy concepts. You just need to learn how to pull it off well.

    ReplyDelete
  136. Why is there a blow up doll with 3 ladies? 2ne1 are plastic surgery free right?
Just like Blackjacks said in 2009 when they debuted with the "FIERCEST, GURL POWER, SWAG" concept. Surely they are not "talentless, manufactured, souless plastic surgery monsters" like shit9, STAND 4ever, AFS(please look at our MVs, we painstakingly subbed anti9 stuff, like and subscribe =p)

    ReplyDelete

omg Genie and I don't care are still one of my most played Kpop songs till now. Waiting for this time

  139. daesungs album is sure real deal since he has tour in Japan by June! YGex & Avex has good management than YG Korea! Same old liar YG!!

    ReplyDelete
  140. ikr, Koreans have ideal type for perfect male and female (what's that even mean tho?) .imo, Hongki is far more superior singer(no shit, Sherlock!) and actor than all CNB combine(ok, Jungshin is the best actor in CNB,i admit that).

    ReplyDelete
  141. Chill. I get it, you really like SNSD but, no need to bring down another group. You're making a bad name for SONEs.

    ReplyDelete
  142. LOL I guess either the FTI fans that have been complaining will find a new target to hate on or they would laugh at how CNBLUE is becoming the next FTI. Either way, it won't stop their victim mentality

If FNC has some brain left they should prioritize AOA especially AOA Black at this time. Sometimes opportunity only comes once and you don't know if AOA will have another Miniskirt if they just disappear right after this while FNC is giving the new group all the spotlight. FNC clearly have no idea of what can wait and what can't wait tsk tsk tsk

  147. about "Hongki outsings Yonghwa by miles" if in context of singing...i have to agree to that. personal opinion :)

    ReplyDelete
  148. That 'oppa i'll do....." is legit their promos???
Dem... no matter how many times I see it, that purple whatever is so ugly trashy.
Like someone commented on the other article, clothes really make (or break) people.

  149. They can also chose a song for the Stellar members to do a sexy dance to.

    ReplyDelete
  150. I agree, the song is good. There is no reason for them to have to use this awful market strategy.

    ReplyDelete
  151. This issue again? Can someone please tell me how cnblue is being more favored then ftisland?

    ReplyDelete
  152. Pretty Little Liars <3

    ReplyDelete
  153. Their justification is that it's because their concept is puppets, so they're essentially letting the "oppa" or whatever you call it control them.

I just can't tbh... I feel bad for the girls themselves.

Child: mum, can i go to that party?
    Them: no, you--
    Child: *shows them the video*

    ReplyDelete
  157. Look what happened with Shakira's song featuring Rihanna. That risque video sold a mediocore song. I can't imagine if there was a kpop version of that song, but perhaps that day will come sooner than later.

    ReplyDelete
  158. Imo, it's not going to stop in our live times. It's so deep rooted and despite the equality in the work place people bang on about, it's still unequal in most countries. In my country, for example, females in high positions with larger salaries earn something like 70% of their male counter part's wage (it is less noticeable in lower paid jobs), and yet we constantly bang on about equality.

The sexual objectification of women will survive as long as the entertaiment industry survives.

    ReplyDelete
  159. i'm sorry but the butts scratching dance....are their butts itchy?? why can't they use more sophisticated sexy moves....

    ReplyDelete
  160. ah geez!!!!! they take the sexy concept to a dirty concept ugh!!

    ReplyDelete
  161. This is seriously too far. Their dance is degrading to the point where it's embarrassing. And I feel so bad for these girls! How uncomfortable they must be. Watching this just reminded me of behind the scenes kind of forced sexual acts. Not say they have been forced to do that, it just reminded me of it.

    ReplyDelete
  162. What's up with February and everybody's planning to have a comeback? :3

  166. some CNB fans here are making fun of pri struggles and pain. that's just rude.

    ReplyDelete
  167. In my personal opinion, Yonghwa has better techniques and better control than Hongki. Add to that his voice seem more versatile, he can take on any genres. Hongki's voice is very special though, he's really got an innate talent.

    ReplyDelete
  168. Yes, snsd is on their way, but yg needs to finally bring 2ne1 out! I need both of them back.

    i....cannot....

    ReplyDelete
  170. Lol...SunnyHill did Midnight Circus and it was basically a song about controlling them in the music industry. They had Kikwang pull the members up by strings like puppets and it was done really stylish cool and nice.

    ReplyDelete
  171. i was pertaining to the fans (sones) who comments things like, snsd going to crush 2ne1 or snsd going to slay 2ne1.

    ReplyDelete
  172. God, I have waited so long for 2NE1 and their production team to get their shit together. Not in the sense of planning or getting things out yearly, but QUALITY. I WANT QUALITY. These past few songs have been disappointing, if I put it nicely. If they're going to hype up this competition, 2NE1 and SNSD both better be putting out something that SLAYS. Seeing as how 2NE1's songs have been slipping and SNSD's past few have been alright, I feel I'm going to be so disappointed.

I doubt that any competition between the two will ever match up to what it was with I Don't Care and Genie. K-pop classics.

    ReplyDelete
  173. No one is making fun of pri's struggles. In fact, everyone seem to agree that their agency sucks. But FT Island fans should stop distorting facts to make it appear that FTI is the only one that has to endure FNC's crappy management. CNBLUE have their share of struggles, their success doesn't mean they had everything going on for them easy. Stop the victim mentality and look at actual facts.

    ReplyDelete
  174. I agree with that, and I know you said you don't blame me, but I have to say it. I didn't mean that CNBLUE had it easy because I know they went through a lot promoting in Japan before debut. Like how they didn't even had money to start with, So what I mean is, at any moment I don't think it was CNBLUEs fault, I blame the company. I think they should be equal with their artist, like Juniel too.

    ReplyDelete
  175. Do you even know the meaning of the adjectives you used? I don't see how your description would fit the tone of any of the comments from cnblue fans here. Not a single one even tried throwing shade on FT Island unlike what most FT Island fans are doing on this thread.

  180. If they wanted recognition, publicity. Congrats they achieved it. But now everyone thinks they are a bunch of slutty, disgusting, overboard, attention seeking group. Those who are managing/producing stellar should be ashamed of themselves. This is just too much -.-

  181. I like FT Island the most, especially Lee Hongki - great vocals and really good actor (have you seen his movie Phoenix? it was not promoted by FNC. watch it at good drama, and don't forget a box of tissue).

I agree, FNC favours CNBlue in almost every aspect. FTIsland are second class citizens as far as their company is concerned.

Park Shin Hye promotes FT Island and Lee Hongki every time there is something new. FNC, not much. You won't hear a thing from them. They kept FTI's talent in obscurity, probably for fear that the public will come to their senses that they are way better than CNBlue in vocals. Hongki is a much better singer and actor than Yong Hwa.

    ReplyDelete
  182. After reading posts here, I seriously think primadonnas are totally clueless of what's happening to FT Island. Why does it seem that even CNBLUE fans know more about their promotions than the pris here? I think it's about time you guys work your ass off to help FT Island regain their momentum instead of wasting your time picking on other bands. Throwing shade on CNBLUE especially Yonghwa will not do the trick for FT Island. Focus on supporting FTI without having to drag CNBLUE down.

    ReplyDelete
  183. You just sounded so clueless and insecure with that comment. Find ways to support the group you like the most without having to drag down other people.

  184. The evil things a mouse click can be used for ㅠㅠㅠㅠ
This is so unnecessary! Come back with a good song and choreo and people will pay attention...This is just going to stigmatise them for the rest of their careers.

    ReplyDelete
  185. they just jealous cause cnblue always win no 1 in music showa and cnblue song is WAYYYYYYY more popular than ftisland

    ReplyDelete
  186. Fact: Lee Hongki is a much better singer and actor than Yong Hwa.
Nobody is pulling CNB down, they have FNC focusing all their efforts on them and pulling them up up up up...

    ReplyDelete
  187. funny how when a few fans of other groups say something bad about another group y'all are like "dont blame all of us etc." but the moment 1 or 2 EXO "fans" say something rude then y'all are like "worst fandom ever omg!!111!!" while u guys dont even know if they're fans or just haters who act like fans.

And no, I dont agree with others generalising the Soshi fandom either. And barely saw SONEs or Blackjacks bashing each other now. But even if some did, why hate on the entire fandom?

Immature fans are in every fandon, so we should never hate on the entire fandom and say stuff like "(insert fandom) is the worst fandom ever!1!" cuz not all the fans are the same. They are a lot of nice fans in every fandom.

    ReplyDelete
  188. okay just answer this: WHO MAKE MORE MONEY CNBLUE OR FTISLAND?

    ReplyDelete
  189. when you know what it means, you just know. lol

    ReplyDelete
  191. "they have FNC focusing all their efforts on them and pulling them up up up up..." - totally shows how clueless you are of what's happening, definitely blinded by the victim mentality.

FACT: judging a person's skills is subjective. Who's better for you may not be the same for me and others. So don't go imposing your preference on others.

If you can't back up your claims with receipts, I suggest you better not talk because sounding like an empty can is not good for you neither for your faves.

    ReplyDelete
  192. This makes me wonder...It's okay to be like ''poor girls, forced into doing this'' but that's BS. Don't want to act like an AV actress? Speak up or leave your company. The songs they give you are trash anyway..I feel really sorry for their parents if anything. imagining my parents seeing me like this, I'd never have the guts to look at them again, I swear.
