No, people forget about pasts because it's the past. People change and netizens need to realize that.

    1. The problem is thay iljins do horrible things to other kids I wouldn't mind if they just drug and so
But injils were the responsables of the suicide of a lot of school teenagers

      Delete
  3. Even if she was an iljin, I know it's bad but the past is the past. Would they like if someone held every mistake they've made in the past against them? People can change and mature as they grow up, but netizens seem to stay the same; immature.

    ReplyDelete
  4. What os an Iljin?

    ReplyDelete
  5. uhmmm.. sorry for being ignorant but what is iljin guys?!

    ReplyDelete
  6. Soyu doesn't seem fake to me. I hope SISTAR becomes even more successful just to see you marinate in your hate, netizens.

    ReplyDelete
  7. basically bullies

    ReplyDelete
  8. Kind of like the Korean equivilent of a high school thug. They bully other kids, slack off during school, smoke, drink ect.

    ReplyDelete
  9. People can change, its not fair to judge Soyu on her past actions. Has she done anything terrible recently since becoming an adult? No. Is she one of the most decent idols around these days? YES. I've been following SISTAR since their debut, and she's never done anything that made me think "Wow, what a bitch".

    ReplyDelete
  10. Yesterday's history. So leave that shit in the past where it belongs.

    ReplyDelete
  11. If iljins manage to work their ass off and be as successful as SISTAR, then why not?

    ReplyDelete
  12. ok now i understand thank you!

    ReplyDelete
  13. Pffffff.. old shit...get over it, btw her body is amazing!

    ReplyDelete
  14. My Korean friends actually told me about these Sistar iljin rumors a couple of years back (before I even knew who they were tbh). It's pretty much common knowledge.

    ReplyDelete
  15. You all are saying that history is history, people change. People change and I acknowledge that. But I think netizens are not only nitpicking because of her past but the message she's bringing out. A bully becoming successful? Really, is that the message you want others to get out of this? How would you feel if you're constantly bullied, ostracized by a bully, and then you see them being fake and all nice to people? Yes, there are celebrities out there who had bad pasts, but they've shown regret and a period of reflection. How do we know that Soyu's reflected on her past? She could be the same as she is, but we don't know anything as the public because of the image she presents. That's why people were shocked with T-ara. We all thought they were good girls, maybe a bitchy attitude here and there. But then, in reality, they were just bullies.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Well even though its true that she's an iljin, i still love her

    ReplyDelete
  17. Wow, that's like saying, "Oh, even though my oppa raped someone, I still love him" (like with the Park Si Hoo case). Iljin can do pretty bad stuff.

    ReplyDelete
  18. But where's all the evidence that Soyu or any other member of Sistar were ever bullies? At least there is some controversial evidence against T-ara, but people keep on acting like I should be mad with Sistar when no one's really proving anything,

    ReplyDelete
  19. There's evidence floating around online somewhere. Like tons of photos, accounts. Yea, some might be exaggerated and such. But if these stuff come up, there's something fishy going on still. These rumors don't come out of thin air.

    ReplyDelete
  20. this reminds me of that idol special on kbs, the fortune teller said something about soyu's personality and that her future husband will suffer.

    ReplyDelete
  21. They don't seem to like the concept of redemption.

    ReplyDelete
  22. I sort of understand their bias against iljins. In the past, people were pretty lenient of iljins because school violence was not that of a big news. But it has grown recently that the school violence has become a big issue in Korea...Lots of kids committing suicide over bullying, and the bullies are living their life without much punishment. Ever since, this iljin thing became a sensitive topic, because they are the bullies basically. I'm not hating on Soyu or anything, but I comprehend those netizens.

    ReplyDelete
  23. Dasom's evidence is of that account of an old classmate that claimed she forced her to prostitution and made her eat poop but it was just a recycling of the bully story of the ulzzang girl that shares the same name with her. It was later proven that it was written by a middle schooler. How credible is that, old classmates can just post their school pictures and claim they know this and that with the accusations. Still nothing solid. And rumors can come from anyone if they have ill intents

    ReplyDelete
  24. Well here's some evidence of her "law breaking" past for Soyu

    http://netizenbuzz.blogspot.com/2013/03/pann-pictures-of-soyu-drinking-as-minor.html

    ReplyDelete
  25. Fishy stuff + rumors= weak case. If netizens can't find enough evidence after almost 3 years then I don't see the point in ayone acting like they know "the truth".

    ReplyDelete
  26. Thats a completely different situation asswipe

    ReplyDelete
  27. Yes underage drinking, and I think that's exactly what they are associating her as being an iljin. I'm not excusing underage drinking, yes it's bad but she is not the only kid that has drunk underage. But because of that it can be immediately accused as being a delinquent? That's not a good enough proof.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Ignoring all the negativity, Soyu looks damn good in those pics, gotta give it to the girl.

    ReplyDelete
  29. Um, how so? Rape and bullying can be considered crimes of different magnitude, but they're still crimes. You just said, "Oh yea. she's a bully. who cares?" And lmao, changing your comment because you realized how horrible it sounded xP

    ReplyDelete
  30. Okay, so she MIGHT have been an Iljin. The question is, is she still doing that now? Is her past going to be brought up over and over again, even when she retires from being an idol? She can't change what she did. Some people see her as a bully and delinquent who got famous and is living the good life now, but if they just see it in a different light, they can also take it as a bully and delinquent who grew up, matured, became responsible and decided to follow her dreams instead of remaining a useless troublemaker.

    ReplyDelete
  31. I just added the last sentence, didnt change anything in the first comment, hate all you want mofo, nobody cares about haters with no brain like u

    ReplyDelete
  32. So bullies aren't allowed to grow up and become successful adults? I guess you'd rather that they stay to be useless and be a burden in society? Why should ex-bullies be punished all their lives for mistakes they made as children, when they realize later that they were wrong and want to make a better life for themselves?

And as far as I'm concerned, it's useless to put 'what if she's still a bully' tag on Soyu and others. They're innocent until proven guilty.

    ReplyDelete
  33. Soyou was a Cube trainee since she was 12 years old and has completed a beautician license. She has talent, she is a good singer, has a nice body and is a good cook as well. If her rumors about being an iljin is true then good for her for turning around her life and changing it for good. She changed her past and is living her life well in the present, now when will those k-netizens?

    ReplyDelete
  34. How was Dasom and Hyorin iljins? I am just curious. And Knetizens need to know what you did in the past does not in any way mean you are forever like that. It was a stepping stone in your life. You can change from it or choose to let the past identify you and say that way.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Where's the evidence though? It sounds more like hearsay.

    Yawn, onto the next one.

    ReplyDelete
  36. Then just stop following her. Heck stop following everyone because what you just said can easily apply to every single idol out there.

    ReplyDelete
  37. I'd love to know why you're being down-voted. People can change for the better. Jesus Christ, most people did and said shit when they younger that they probably regret now. I know I did. It's how you act and treat people now that's important.

    ReplyDelete
  38. I seriously don't get how you were downvoted for asking a good and simple question.

    ReplyDelete
  39. I agree with the netizen..i hate bullies...and a bully is sucessfull while the person she got bully back then feels hated and inferior is really unaceptable.

    ReplyDelete
  40. I'm curious about Hyorin's too but I think it's just the case of supposed old classmates claiming they know her with the accusation because I've never come across evidences about her being an iljin aside from Soyou and Dasom because of their early controversy when they just debuted. Soyou has the pictures of her drinking underage and Dasom because of that story about pimping her friend and forcing her to eat crap but that was later proven to be not her.

And I understand that Bora was the queenka (campus queen) of her university, so if she did anything bad supposedly, it would have haunt her long ago so she is absolutely clean.

    ReplyDelete
  41. T-error has always had controversies regarding their attitudes, specially that one time they were called out for not greeting their seniors by a sunbae singer. So don't compare those t-thrash

    ReplyDelete
  42. I wonder if they just auto clicked Hyorin as an iljin because she has a very blunt personality. Because I really can't imagine her as much as a iljin just because she seems like she has too low a self esstem to be able to. I could be wrong though. =__= OH that was Dasom's 'proof'? And Knetizens are still riding on that?
I swear if a bad rumor starts on any idol and even if it is untrue Knetizens would still find some way to use it as a "well they could have done this if people can imagine them doing that" when the idol either gets too successful or has a scandal.

    ReplyDelete
  43. so the netizens were pure their whole lives. okay.

    ReplyDelete
  44. lol, they weren't though.

    ReplyDelete
  45. How do people even know that Soyu or SISTAR was an iljin? Netizens create lies and fabrications all the time lol. Is there any real proof or did all this start from some stupid anonymous post on a message board by someone claiming to have attended school with her??

    ReplyDelete
  46. The netizens are probably thinking about the kids she bullied.

    ReplyDelete
  47. Th one group who has attitude problem is Sistar. Hyorin is the best example. Stop making joke.

    ReplyDelete
  48. iljins. i mean, until there's no solid proof of them bullying someone, i won't consider them as iljins. dasom's rumor was confirmed a mix up too, and that shows how people just jump to conclusions without knowing shit

    ReplyDelete
  49. Kinda tired to say T-ara bullying scandal is just a stupid scandal without real truth. It's all about time. Sooner or later you'll realize this is just a rumor. T-ara still strong until now although people like you always trying to kill them. The proof is out there.. It's all about whether you want to know or not. But I won't be surprised if you still saying bad thing about them because you already set your mind to hate them.

    ReplyDelete
  50. people also assume she's an iljin because she's licensed as a hairstylist, because supposedly in korea, there's a stereotype around hairstylists that they were former iljins in school.

    ReplyDelete
  51. there's no better example than a group with an underage stripper, now that's the real deal as there's an evidence of her showing off her bushy bush for the world to see.

    ReplyDelete
  52. Everyone is arguing but we still don't know for sure if she was an iljin

    ReplyDelete
  53. Because those i-fans never met an "iljin" before. If they happen to live in Korea and been bullied by iljins, I don't think they would say something like "It's all in the past now, give them a chance". Some iljins bully adults too. I don't think also that innocent not to know what they're doing.

    ReplyDelete
  54. Fyi, during T-ara's scandal everyone want to bring out T-ara's past. Sex party & whatever.. People can talk but sadly can't prove it.

    ReplyDelete
  55. well, hyorin n soyu always act chic in tv,
bora always humble in my eyes, dasom dunno bout her,
if she were an iljin then, she should apoligize to the victim. . .
for victim the scar last like forever, try it,

    ReplyDelete
  56. What bush bush? Because all I heard *Sorry not into watching a minor on webcam* was her lifting her shirt.
Where I am from bush bush means one thing and one thing only. And that thing was not in the video because if it was then that scandal would have been way bigger than that.

    ReplyDelete
  57. isn't a iljin similar to a street punk or a chola?

    ReplyDelete
  58. it's easy to prove a thrash

    oop

    ReplyDelete
  59. I suggest you look through this thread.
    http://hallyu8.com/topic/27271-you-know-the-scandal-of-jiyeon-stripping/page-2

    and read the third post.

    ReplyDelete
  60. I know where's this come from, tsk tsk. But I'll keep it zip. They're all still at the top, why bother to make rumor just to drag down your competition

    ReplyDelete
  61. Which member was not an iljin? Hyorin?

    ReplyDelete
  62. How do they know for sure that she was an iljin. She said she has a hairdressing training and then they started calling her an iljin. Netizens need to stop it. I understand that school violence has really become a huge problem, but everyone has a past. They are too judgmental. Unless they have undeniable proof that she was an iljin that caused great harm to another person, they need to let it go.

The next problem is that they are also being bullies. They're always hunting down innocent celebrities with their pitchforks. Their verbal attacks are bullying at its worst and once they pick something up, they refuse to let it go. They have to tear the person to shreds before they give up. Netizens are the real iljins......f*cking bunch of degenerates.

    ReplyDelete
  63. I've always felt a the bitch vibe from her, sorry not sorry.

    ReplyDelete
  64. But there are some exceptions coz past is what constructs the future..

    ReplyDelete
  65. I believe peoples shouldn't judge others by their pasts..

    ReplyDelete
  66. Yeah, basically, you have that bullied kid commiting suicide article published right around the same time, people are going to be sensitive.

It's hard to be a public figure. I get the feeling that you get your background checked to generations before you were born. I had no idea the rumour about Sistar (minus Bora) being iljins.. I find it hard to believe and I'm disappointed if it's true.

    ReplyDelete
  67. Um, you're the one without the brain if you have to resort to name calling. And if you've read articles about iljins or know how scary they are (they're worse than your "typical" bullies in many cases), then maybe you won't be like, "oh who the fuck cares that she's an iljin." Get your facts straight

    ReplyDelete
  68. LOL. So netizens can't seem to provide concrete evidence of SISTAR manipulating the charts so they've moved on to accusing SISTAR of being bullies and iljins? Where's the proof huh? For Dasom's case, it was actually an ulzzang with a similar name that was a bully. For Soyu, she has a hairdresser license and netizens seem to think that having such a license immediately means that you're a no-good person who doesn't care about anything or anyone. For Hyorin, I've never heard of ANY bullying stories from her.

Where's the proof huh? It's so easy for someone to post up a picture of a celebrity, claim that they went to school with them, and witnessed them bullying others. It's also incredibly easy for other netizens to join in and say that they were there too when they weren't. Once you have a hatred for someone, you will continue making up stories that back up your hatred even if there is nothing there to begin with.

Haters can get the fuck over the fact that SISTAR is successful, because the more popular you are, the more haters you get. Bitches ain't shit but keyboard warriors.

    ReplyDelete
  69. Why don't you ask this question to those that got bullied then.

    ReplyDelete
  70. So... logic is that if one is a bully, one should not be successful even though no matter how hard one tries?
Not that I am supporting the bullies, I am just saying everyone has a past. If you know your mistakes, repent and work hard, you should succeed.
Another story if she continues to be one. But in this case, I doubt Soyu is still one now.

    ReplyDelete
  71. I think so too.. that is also the reason why if you're bullied and transferred to other school, you will still be bullied.

    ReplyDelete
  72. But iljin are considered criminals already. In reality, they do worst things in class, like beating up classmates, stealing, rape girls and many other things. Do you think people will just move on and forget about it? Just think of it like you are the one bullied or your friend, do you think you can just forget it because you both matured? I don't think so.

    ReplyDelete
  73. feel the same. its seriously a big problem.so many childs are suicide bc of this. when this bullying cycle happens there's no way to out, you wont know until you experienced it yourself

    ReplyDelete
  74. dasom was an iljin too ? but that makes sense to me now cuz ever scince i knew sistar bora seemed like the sweetest and the most humble out of them

    ReplyDelete
  75. Oh gosh, I'm so out of touch with this piece of news! I didn't know Soyu was rumored to be an iljin! And so is all SISTAR members... Who else are rumoured to be iljins?

    ReplyDelete
  76. how it felt for the kids who bullied by them seeing them again on tv all happy and succesfull. bulling affects person's life, character, happiness

    ReplyDelete
  77. hyolyn as best example are you fucking kidding me!she's A fucking rude and arrogant

    ReplyDelete
  78. It's RUMORED that Soyu, Hyorin, and Dasom were iljins, but key word is: rumored.

    ReplyDelete
  79. iljin =(more or less) delinquent.

    ReplyDelete
  80. It's rumored that they were all iljins except for Bora. Emphasis on rumored.

    ReplyDelete
  81. it is incidents like these, especially with people like kangin, that i begin to understand the fact that netizens just enjoy bitching about people, regardless of all that crap they spew about 'redemption' and so on.

    ReplyDelete
  82. People who downvoted you are prolly bitter and unforgiving people thinking that change is impossible.

    ReplyDelete
  83. There actually was a post bout her with pictures of her drinking, and from that people also found out that she had that past.
Those where apparently around, BEFORE the hairdress comment>_>

    ReplyDelete
  84. So drinking underage makes her a bully? SMH.

    ReplyDelete
  85. Drinking is very different that beating up someone or being a bully. You have kids that drink and smoke, but are not bullies. Maybe they're outcasts or rebels, but it doesn't make them a bully or a violent menace to society. Maybe she was a wildchild and did underage drinking and smoking, but that's not enough for them to get their picthforks out.

Everyone has a past and while some people have one that is more colorful than another person's, netizens have a habit of judging people unfairly for living their life the way they want to.

If this was T-ARA's Hyomin it would be fairer because they found considerable evidence to show that she was apart of an iljin groups who got naked for cigarettes and did alot of other questionable things. There's more evidence to support that she was an ilin and I don't even have to mention the Hwayoung scandal because we all know about that.

    ReplyDelete
  86. how about dasom?

    ReplyDelete
  87. Exactly. If I was the one that she bullied, I don't think I would still be able to forget it. I mean, it's not like I'm going to be immature and bring it up in front of her. It's just that it's going to be something that I'll remember forever. Just because person leaves, does everything stops? Just because you smile when you're sad, does it mean you're actually happy? No. I've never gotten bullied but if I did, I don't think I'll ever be able to forget my bullies. I'll never wish death or misfortune upon them either, I'll just hope that I'll never run them again for the rest of my life.

    ReplyDelete
  88. In all this drama about Soyu's alleged past life as an iljin, I think the REAL iljins are the ones who are stating this rumor as fact and talking smack about her. Experimenting w/ underage drinking and a hair dresser's license does not make one a bully but netizens who spew this crap are the real iljins!
